First interview was by phone and review of application. Second interview was in person for about half a day getting to know more about the company and the position. Interview was with 4 different managers. Then was sent home with some menu creation homework from the Exec Chef. Last interview was supposed to be with CEO and financial director, but they decided to move forward with someone in house.
