Interview with customer service mgr first and then if you pass that interview, interview with the Sales Mgr who is the owner's son. There is an hourly pay + commission structure that wasn't explained in the interview. It seems that they only hire women for sales as the whole sales force of about 20 is all women. You're not shown around the building and the work place like many other interviews I've been on.

Nothing asked was out of the ordinary. Sales Mgr asks a lot about sales history and is very interested in how many calls you had to make per day at previous jobs.
