First had a phone interview with a Trainer asking about my interest in the role. Then I had to take an assessment that was essentially like the SAT and took about 3 hours. After passing that, I was invited to a final round which took about half a day (they also ask for references at this point). This included a company overview, software demo, and overview of the role, and these were all in a group session. Then there was a case study that assessed time management skills by seeing how you would approach a week in the role. I also had to prepare for a 10 minute presentation without slides about a topic of my choosing. It ended with a recruiter call, where he asked very personal questions about my personal circumstances and job search which left a very bad taste in my mouth. I was trying to not go too into detail about my personal life, but with every answer he would say "Tell me more about that" which felt invasive and some of his responses seemed judgmental. Some people seemed genuine but a lot of people at the company, especially the recruiter, came across very fake. I ended up being ghosted by the company which was so disappointing considering how much time I devoted to the interview process.
