My initial call was fairly awkward and disorganized; however, none of that mattered once they mentioned that they require a Covid-19 vaccination even though its 2025 and there are numerous studies out proving the ineffectiveness of the vaccine. If the leadership of this company is clearly not making data driven decisions around the hiring requirements, it is usually a good sign that the quality of life at work will be subpar. I decline to proceed further.

Had 30 minute interview to go over basics of job/my experience. Interviewer was 5 minutes late to calling me. Overall a positive experience interviewing. I then had to take a 2+ hour long assessment.
