I gave my resume in at a career fair and signed up for the job at the booth. Within a day I received an email for a phone interview. I spoke to a technical problem solver who mostly explained the job, the town and the company. The interview was abut 35 minutes and was laid back. The interviewer was very friendly and not intimidating. Then within an hour I received an email from HR to complete online tests. There was a Rembrandt test with questions to learn about your personality and ability to make analogies. The other test was through ProctorU, where there was a coding exam, that had a lot of guided information so even without coding experience you can figure it out. Then there was an SAT type of assessment with questions referring to math, logic, reading comprehension etc. This was a 30 minute timed assessment. There is also a 5 minute logic assessment. Overall the test tripped me up a bit, but I received an email immediately after taking the exam that they are reviewing my assessment and will get back to me within a few weeks.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.
