Brief phone interview (all personality-based), then a pretty tough technical assessment (done remotely). The in-person interview was pretty standard, a case study and some more behavioral questions. The tour of their campus is extremely impressive. At the end, they have you take a coding assessment, which you can write in pseudocode. They *say* this is only for placement in their department, and does not determine whether or not you get an offer.
