A recruiter suggested that I apply. So I applied online and within a few days I had a phone interview scheduled. Here I spoke with a recent grad with a similar major to me and who was currently working as a Technical Services Problem-Solver. It was very preliminary, just to gauge interest and prove that you are worth pursuing further (what are you looking for in a company). A week or so later I had an online and monitored skills assessment to see how good I was at math, word problems, and doing some pseudo-code for provided situations. After that, I was invited to a site tour and in person interviews at the Epic Campus near Madison, WI. Listened to several speakers, had small group talks with several employees, a behavioral case-study, another skills assessment, and a couple 1-on-1 interviews. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
