Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic en mars 2021
Entretien
The first round was a phone call lasting around 30 minutes, pretty standard interview questions like why are you interested in the position, etc. Then they sent me a "non-technical" assessment which was a proctored test lasting a long time, I can't remember exactly how long but it was at least a couple hours long. It was comprised of a lot of logic and pattern recognition with some coding and math involved. For a non-technical assessment it seemed rather technical in my opinion. I did not make it any further in the interviewing process after that.

Question 1
Q: Why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
