Entretien
The first phase involved taking a mathematics and logic assessment. The second phase was a three hour long process, beginning with a role introduction and software demonstration. We then had the opportunity to meet with team members in the roles that we were interviewing for. Then, there was a case study that was performed collaboratively with another candidate. After that, there were additional opportunities to meet with team members, an oral presentation on any topic (we had been notified prior to the interview that we would need to have this ready), and lastly, a behavioral with an HR manager.

Question 1
Create a 10 minute long presentation on anything (communicated to me in an email 1 week prior to interview)
Not invested in who they're hiring if they rely heavily on multiple assessments for applicants to take (personality quiz, etc). These are unpaid and take hours. A poor use of time.
Intro zoom call, and several hours of tests on a lockdown browser before even getting to have the first ten minute phone interview. Phone interview was basically combing through my resume and any gaps.
After submitting the application, there was a personality assessment and a technical assessment to test your thinking skills. The technical assessment had 4 parts, some of which took a long time(~1.5 hours) while others were quick.
