J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Madison, WI) en déc. 2013
Entretien
Interview process in general was very well-organized. Candidates fly in the night before their interview day and go to dinner with a current employee. The on-site interviews take the whole day, which was actually great because you get to meet with a number of people in different roles within Epic. Prior to the on-site interview, I had multiple online assessments (psychology questionnaire, a 3-hour technical exam, and two phone interviews) which frankly I found to be overkill.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Case-interview style question where you're given a report about something, asked to clean up errors in the data presentation, and make recommendations about what to do next. The question involved monitoring patients with diabetes and taking survey-based statistics over a three-month timespan. It was a nice surprise to get a case question on the interview day; I was expecting more programming-heavy questions or maybe some more behavioral questions.
Straight forward. Asked some basic questions sometimes a logic based question but mostly getting to know basic information about you and if you would be a good fit within the company and adhere to the company ethos and guidelines like the 10 commandments

Question 1
"Tell me about a time you faced a significant challenge at work. How did you handle it?"
All interviews took place during one 4-hour session. The interviews alternated between informational, providing information about the role, and interviews where I was asked questions about time management and client relations skills and general industry knowledge.

Question 1
What aspect of the job do you think would come easily to you, and what aspect would be the most difficult for you?
There are multiple rounds of "interviews". Someone wl call you to do an informal informational call. You'll then have an online assessment. If you pass the assessment, you'll be invited on campus for an campus tour and in person interviews.
