I was contacted by Epic through a national association I'm a part of. They asked if I had time in the role and if so, to schedule a phone interview. I scheduled the phone interview and also received requests for completing a number of assessments and profiles. I did the phone interview before the assessments and it was very easy, standard questions about your background and why you were interested in Epic. They told me they can take up to two weeks to review your application and let you know if they want to move forward. The assessments, however, were more challenging than I thought. Among other things, it involves learning a programming language and answering some multiple-choice questions. There is another verbal reasoning section.
To be honest, I didn't put that much effort into the process (interview and testing). I am not a CS or Computer Eng. major so I'm not that interested in the work. I just thought it could be interesting. I only just recently finished the assessment so I can't speak to offers.
