All day, process and a dinner the night before that included a tour of Madison. In the morning a large group met in the hotel lobby where we were picked for a tour of facility, after the tour small groups were then brought to the interviews where we were tested coding/programming ability in "pseudo-code" not any specific language and met with at least 5 different people within the company with our desired position or who started in our position and move on from there.

Filled out an online form at a college campus job fair, was contacted via email for a phone call, then a skills assessment, and then invited for an onsite interview

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
