A recruiter found me on linkedin and directed me to apply for the position. I sent in my cover letter, resume, and then was contacted for an interview. Before the interview, I went through the skills assessment (which was proctored) as well as a personality assessment and then had the phone interview. This should have been reversed, with the phone interview first, but I was out of the country. The interview itself was brief, 20-30 min. Explained the corporation, the job, travel involved, and asked basic questions about resume and job skills. Am now onto the on site interview, have not finished the process yet.

The interview was fairly easy - asked about my education , why I wanted to work there, about myself, the usual. Was offered the technical interview a few hours after my phone interview. The technical interview was pretty difficult - a lot of math, pattern recognition, and faux code to analyze.

Applied directly at a career fair and was then asked to complete a technical exam online. The next step was a pretty informal phone screening, and then I was sent out for an in-person interview.
