I was contacted by a recruiter and then applied online. I had to do a Rembrandt personality test, followed by a phone interview, and a skills assessment that I had to take at a local testing center. This took place over 2-3 weeks, then I was offered an on-site interview in WI. Was flown over, all travel arrangements and hotel accomodations paid for. The interview day was long: consisted of a campus tour, demo of the software, role overview with a QA person, then 2 interviews that were mostly scenario-based and involved more questions about management style than anything else. Lunch in the cafeteria was great, followed by an HR interview to go over the day and have a more "normal" interview where you actually discussed yourself and your resume, and the reason why you were looking for the job.
