J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Epic (Verona, WI) en mai 2014
Entretien
There were several steps to this interview process. First apply online with your resume/etc. via epic.com. Then you will get a phone screening if they are interested, which is pretty informal and fun. You get to ask about the company, discuss the role you applied for further and whether or not a different role might be better. If that goes well, you take two exams online (one of which is proctored and much more difficult than the other, which is a personality test). This is probably the most common part where people drop off. The exam isn't impossible, but they expect very good scores I think. The coding/logic portions are particularly challenging. If you do well enough on the tests, you'll end up doing an on-site interview where you meet a ton of employees and work with other potential hires. You need to make a good impression and show your creativity when confronted with open-ended questions. It feels informal, but you need to be sharp. That was the last step for me before getting an offer.
It's tough for me to gauge whether the process was difficult or not. I didn't have any problems moving forward, but I know a ton of people who didn't get anywhere with it. The process is definitely kind of long though.
It was a long day of interviews. I enjoyed seeing the campus and eating the food. I like the food a lot and think it is delicious. The food is so tasty. It tastes really good

1. Personality quiz
2. Phone interview
3. Assessment Test.
After the process, they let you know if they are continuing with the hiring process. I made it past a second round phone interview but did not receive an offer.
One super day at their campus,1 case study per job you are looking at (I interviewed for both Project Manager and Quality Assurance). Several discussions with people from each field as well.
