I applied on the university recruiting site and on Epic's career page. 1 day later I was invited for a phone interview. Before the phone interview, I was required to take 4 online assessments. They consisted of a behavior/personality test, coding test, problem solving test, and logic test. 1 week later I had the phone interview with someone in the Technical Services role. It was very conversational and an opportunity to ask questions about the role and about Epic. The interviewer did not ask any behavioral questions. 1 day after the phone interview, I was invited for an on campus interview in Madison, WI. The following week, I was flown out. The interview day consisted of a presentation about Epic, a meeting with someone in TS so they could describe their day to day, a case study interview, a tour of campus, lunch with an employee, a behavioral interview with HR, and a coding assessment. The case study consisted of prioritizing 3 competing client needs. The HR interview was very conversational: strengths/weaknesses/5 year goals/misconception about yourself. I received an offer 1 week after my on campus interview. Overall, very easy and enjoyable interview process.
