The interview was a long day. But it was quite easy. They served us breakfast and did a presentation about envoy. After the presentation they did a jump seat test and a height check. You have to fit in the jump seat and you have to be at least 5ft tall. Then they called us for group interviews. The best advice I can give is smile and be personable. Even if you don’t know how to answer a question or you don’t feel confident in your answer, just smile through the process and be kind to everyone you meet. Mingle and be authentic. Once the group interview was over they sent about half of the people home. The other half who stayed got the job. They finger printed us and we did a drug test as well.

I applied online then got a video interview after that I got an invitation for the interview after that got the group interview as the interviewer knew my back ground she walked me out and another lady lied to me about they will let me know about yes or no but they knew if I make it they should give me the offer on the spot but because they are Lier they did not tell me the truth my advice do not apply with this airlines unless if you are Hispanic or American they are raciest

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
