So there were only four of us, so it differed from other experiences I've read. All of us candidates met in the lobby, and we got a chance to talk with each other for a bit (it's at least a good ice breaker). We then got brought upstairs and we did the group interview, did the formal portion of it with the two hiring managers. After we talked for a bit about Envoy, work environment, the culture, and really a good group interaction with them. They were friendly, very much engaged, and they did a good job giving us insight. Personal note: judging by the other reviews, I understand these folks have to get through x amount of candidates so meeting everyone is a blur and they have to get through everyone in a 2-hour window all while taking notes. I believe we were the anomaly compared to the others that posted here. So if it gets crowded, the interview will seem more assembly line-ish. Prior enlisted military: This will seem just like the promotion board.

Group interview, 2 supervisors asked each of us about 5-6 questions. Still very short and brief, and straight to the point. If chosen they let you know as soon as possible… everything about the interview process was rather smooth.
