Applied March 18th 2018 Video interview April 27th 2018 Face to face interview June 27th 2018 Training September 4th 2018 Flew in the day before and stayed at a hotel Envoy recommended. Took shuttle to the facility got there about 8am welcomed by very nice employees. There was about 20 of us there. A lady had us give our proof of passport, a current resume, and answer a customer service related essay question. Once that was done she welcomed us and told us all about the company while the flight attendant interviewers reviewed our applications. Then 3 flight attendant/ground school instructors came in and spoke a bit more about the company, training and all that jazz. Then we did group interviews. I was one of the first four to be called for the group interview. We were each asked 5 questions. Then we went back into the original waiting room and about 15mins later the first greeter lady came and got all four of us, told us to grab our things and follow her. We went around a corner and were told we would all be going through the pre-employment process! Did fingerprint scanning and a drug test and I’ll start training September 4! Anyone else have this training date?? Overall I had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to hopefully work with the people I met who made it through! Such sweet souls!

I applied online then got a video interview after that I got an invitation for the interview after that got the group interview as the interviewer knew my back ground she walked me out and another lady lied to me about they will let me know about yes or no but they knew if I make it they should give me the offer on the spot but because they are Lier they did not tell me the truth my advice do not apply with this airlines unless if you are Hispanic or American they are raciest

Fairly easy process, there's a large presentation where they present all of the info you'll need, training will be scheduled for the next month from the interview, then they will have a group interview with about 5-6 people and you'll each be asked about 2-3 very generic questions about customer service experiences, values or company knowledge you'll all be sent back in the main room and they will start calling people to "commute" back where they came from (basically means you did not make it) after everyone has been interviewed whoever remains will be offered a CJO, you will be fingerprinted and drug tested on the spot, the hiring manager told everyone if you don't think you will pass bow out and reapply when you are clean, if you wait until they take you to test and refuse it will still count as a positive and you cannot apply to any airline at all. Good luck <3
