I applied online March 17 and received an invitation for a video interview the following evening. I did the video interview on the 21st and received an invitation for an on site interview on the 28th. It filled up before I could schedule so I had to wait until April 8. The interviewers, two of them came in after the initial introduction about the company. They described the process and with their explanation made everyone feel at ease about the interview. They indicated that the video interview made them feel like they had a sense of who we were and today they just needed to ask a few more questions. The interviews knew my name when they saw me in the hall, I was surprised. I was the first person to interview. It was very quick. They asked me 4 to 6 questions. They thanked me and I went back to the waiting room with everyone else. Five minutes later a gentleman came to get me, he made an offer and we started with drug testing and fingerprinting. It was a fast and easy process. I took time to prepare using readily available information you can find online.
