Same day interview, came in for an information session and filled out an apllication. Interviewer called us in one by one for interviews. The interviewer was very friendly but there were a lot of information that was left out such as meeting the quota each day

I applied online, got a phone call to set up an interview for the next day. The person who interviewed me was very nice. She asked hypothetical questions just to see if you actually care about the environment and know how to approach people. She talked about the salary and offered me the job right after the interview.

Entretien
They explained the job in an overview to all of the applicants in the room, then asked me questions in a one on one interview. It was not a stressful process, and I liked the atmosphere of the organization from the beginning as it was clear that it was a casual environment.
