Entretien
I was first reached out to by a recruiter for an initial phone screen call. That quickly progressed to a video interview with one of the product managers that I'd be working directly with. After that call, I had a chance to meet with another product manager over video. Lastly, I met with the Senior Director of the group that I'd be working with over another video call.
Overall the interview process was pretty laid back with no real challenging questions. It all seemed more like a get to know you type of interview to see if I'd be a good fit for them and that they'd be a good fit for me.

I went through the full interview process. They asked my reference to fill out reference forms, then booked follow-up phone calls, but never actually called. They then ghosted me for over a month and sent me an email rejection with no feedback.
