I was contacted shortly after applying. An over the phone interview was arranged for the next day. The phone interview was very promising. The person who I conducted the phone screen with (Sales Recruiter at Drillinginfo) assured me that I had exactly the skills and experience they were looking for and assured me that I should hear back from them within a week and there would likely be a follow-up interview. After waiting over two weeks with no response I followed up and did not get any reply. I have sent follow-up emails each subsequent week without any response and left a voicemail. Although I was initially very excited about the prospect of working for them this has left me with a very diminished view of the company. While I have come to expect ghosting from third party recruiters this experience fell far short of what I was expecting.
