Entretien
I was approached by a HR consulting firm for this position where they asked for my profile overview which they shared with Entytle.
1) First round was a telephonic round with the VP of product - questions mostly around the usecases that I currently tackle with my current employer. Also open to any queries.
2) Round 2 was a face to face discussion with the head of design and VP product. Again questions were mostly around my product experience and innovations that I tried at my current employer using data science and machine learning.
3) Round 3 was the company CEO which was again a discussion with respect to the role and the company direction and future.
4) Round 4 was another face to face discussion with few members of the engineering team and product team. However the people who I was supposed to meet were not available.
The whole process lasted about a month and a half but the I didn't get the offer. Reason they are looking for someone with more experience.
A feedback to the team - if the reason is experience requirements I guess that can be figured out in the first few discussions rather than prolonging the process unnecessarily.
