A few rounds of interviews done all virtually. The first was a phone call and the second was by zoom. They had a quick offer process and moved fairly efficiently.

What are some of the things you do when you do not meet your sales goal, and what does that process look like for you?

Entretien
I declined after the initial call. They have a very metric-heavy "good ol' boys" approach to sales, and essentially stated they wanted arrogant candidates, which is a little contradictory to their mission.
