I came in for 3 in person interviews. They had a lot of questions for me and though mostly informal it seems like I understood what the job was and they got a good impression of my skills.

Give examples of times when a tight deadline was imposed and I was not sure I would meet it in time.
Give examples of how I troubleshot issues in software that were difficult.
Tell them about a time when I represented good values to clients and coworkers.
