I Had two rounds of interviews, the first one was video and was in depth. It lasted about 30 minutes and gave me an overview of the position. The second interview was in person on site. Pretty standard interview process in my opinion.

J'ai récemment déménagé en France et ai postulé pour ce poste en pensant que mon diplôme en hôtellerie et mes compétences en anglais seraient un avantage. Cependant, je réalise maintenant que je dois améliorer la vitesse de mon expression orale en français.

Phone interview not bad. Then told to meet for next interview. Not a bad process and was quick letting me know if I got the job. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a good job.
