      Entretien pour Management Trainee

      5 juin 2011
      Employé (anonyme)
      Dayton, OH
      Offre acceptée
      Expérience positive
      Entretien difficile

      Candidature

Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Enterprise Mobility (Dayton, OH) en juin 2011

      Entretien

It all started when I applied to Enterprise through Monster.com by submitting my resume. The next day I received and email for a phone interview, which I completed later that day. The phone interview was fairly simple. It took me a bit off guard because I was just sort of expecting to verify some of my employment history and to set up a 1:1 interview. But she as question like why enterprise? what have you learned about Enterprise? Why do you want this position considering your degree ( I just graduated with a degree in Exercise Science)? I was then offered a 1:1 interview scheduled just a couple days later. The first 1:1 interview was with the recruiter who I had the phone interview with. She was so great!! Super funny and very easy to talk to. That combined with the fact that I spent time the previous day preparing helped me feel incredibly comfortable, confident and relaxed. She asked numerous situational questions: Can you tell about a time when you had to sell a product to someone who didn't need it and was very reluctant? Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult customer and how did you handle the situation? The only question I wasn't prepared for: Of all the positions you have had, if you were to rank the various responsibilities you have had what would be you top three favorite and one least favorite duty? Not that hard of a question, but I have had quite a few jobs, with quite a few responsibilities. Sort of pulled the answer out of my ass, but I was given a second 1:1 interview none the less. We will see how that goes. My meeting is on tues.

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.

      Question 1

Tell me about a time you had to overcome adversity. What do you think is the most important part of sales? Why Enterprise?

The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
