Pretty crappy with the Tacoma branch. Had me wait an extra 30 minutes for the manager to come to the interview during the second round because he was on a call.... this alone gave me pretty crap vibes from the place. Also heard they only recently implemented a 45 hour max per week meaning that previously they were used to running their trainees and managers to the ground. They will tell you the typical " oh people want to come into a job and earn 100k right out the door, but back in my day you had to WORK For it... " Whole spill was pretty cringey to listen to. 3 Rounds : 1st Online interview, why youre interested and why you want to work for them. 2nd : In person at branch interview. Very casual you get the 1st hour to talk to the branch and just see hwo the operations run. After you go interview with 2 people. The manager and assistant manager. General questions about communication style, why enterprise, your back ground in customer service . 3rd itnerview, more so the same as the 2nd and pretty casual.

More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.
