I had a one on one interview on my college campus. After passing that interview, they had all the college hire candidates visit one of their offices for a day of interviewing, meeting associates, and seeing what it is like to work there. The day ended with dinner at Maggiano's.

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
