I interviewed at enterprise, the first stage was the application this took about 30-45 minutes, secondly was a teams call with a recruiter which lasts about 30 minutes all was well until this point, then there was a branch visit, this was essentially 2 hours of learning the system and how the business works before a 15 minute interview with the branch and area manager who at least in my experience paid no attention to me learning and asking questions throughout the day, so they must base your employment decision off this 15 minute interview making the other 2 hours redundant, they let you know how you’ll be washing cars in the ‘pissing’ down rain as they put it (professional I know) and that you’ll have to stay and work ungodly hours, after giving up a full days pay at my current job to interview I was greeted with a template email informing me I hadn’t got and when I tried to get feedback I was greeted with another template email, they clearly don’t care about candidates and if personally say avoid
