Phone call interview 15mins asked basic questions about my resume and a few behavior based interview questions. Offered second interview at the end of the call. Then told me it would be Indianapolis,IN which is actually 2hrs from the branch I applied for and made it 3hrs from where I lived...was a bit confused
Second interview I had to travel 3hrs to an HR office which wasn't even the place id be working. Was a 45min interview all the questions where behavior based interview questions and seemed easy and I thought I had a very good interview. Was told id be contacted within two days.
Two days later I got an email saying Enterprise is going to pursue different candidates.

Not very good. Talked very fast whilst explaining the role and asked a lot of questions. Applied for one location and was told within the first minute of the interview they no longer had any spots available at that location. Although it's a management role, it is mostly sales with more than 40 hours of time worked needed a week.

My interview process with Enterprise Mobility was thorough, insightful, yet extremely rewarding. Before guaranteeing my spot for this role, I had already formed meaningful connections with individuals at this company and can ensure my time spent during the process was valuable beyond words. Not only could I envision myself within the company space early on, I was able to connect with each individual I spoke with on a genuine level where I felt valued and taken care of as an interviewee. I appreciate my time spent connecting with my recruiter, branch manager, regional manager, and area manager, both on job-related topics, and on a deeper level where we shared real human experiences. I highly recommend interviewing with Enterprise Mobility, and will forever value these early conversations as meaningful steps toward a rewarding, exciting career path.
