Very thorough and professional. Everyone was friendly and made the process comfortable. For a trading program, you get a good sense of what is expected from everyone you meet. Very friendly environment.

They are not transparent with mentioning stuff on the job description like you would literally need to detail car wash a car too if the store gets busy and do other manual physical labor. They literally have a degree requirement on their job description which is a joke compared to what they want you to do for work. Wasted my time with the interview process
