After filling out the application I was invited to a phone interview, usual questions mainly focused on customer service.
The face to face interview which was held in warrington in my case was pretty much the phone interview all over again, you should research into enterprise as they ask directly what you know about the company and the role. Have in your head numerous examples of your customer service experiences as they focus a lot on this skill.

Starts with a simple zoom interview with the recruiter where you talk about your resume and sales experience in your life (no sales experience needed). Second interview is in person with the area manager and includes a job shadow and sit-down interview. Here you will answer more behavioral interview questions about sales and other areas.
