I was originally called for a phone interview which was very basic, afterward I was invited in to interview with an HR manager. Upon arrival I was asked to fill out some paperwork consisting of a list of attributes of a job that I had to prioritize as well as an "essay" explaining why I was good for the position and why I wanted to work for them. After I finished I was brought back to the HR manager's office and had about a 20-25 minute 1:1 with him. He was very direct and the questions were pretty basic. He told me he thought I did well and wanted to schedule a time for me to visit one of the branches to shadow them and interview with them. The HR manager called me back that day to schedule a day and time for me to go visit a branch. Of course the branch they sent me to was about 30-40 minutes away which was no surprise to me after reading the reviews on here. Upon arriving at the branch a couple days later I was greeted and asked to wait for the person who was going to be interviewing me. After about 10 minutes the guy walked out (he had been sitting in plain view the whole time) and asked me to come on back. With himi came some other guy that was "the interviewer." This is when it all got stupid. The branch manager just sat there and hardly said a word, his cronie did all the talking. The guy looked younger than me and acted as if he had never interviewed anybody before, seriously. It was very uncomfortable. The questions were pretty basic and all he did was read directly off of the sheet that was given to him. After I would answer all he would say is "OK," and then move on to the next question. The interview lasted about 25-30 minutes at which point I was expecting to be shown around so that I could see the daily operations as I had been told by the HR manger...NOPE. After a couple of handshakes I was whisked out the door and told I would be contacted later They literally acted as if they didn't have time for me. After a couple of days I received an email stating they had decided to move in another direction.
