Employees provide a full tour of the location you are interviewing at before asking interview questions. Sounds like work/life balance isn't at thing at this organization, and days are incredibly long, but if you have the drive and no family it's decent money.

Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
