Branch visit after in which you have to get involved, build rapport with the team and management. You will be asked to shadow someone to get a feel of the day to day. Formal interview with Area manager and branch/assistant manager.

You will need to know your numbers. Aside from that it was a pretty easy, generic assistant manager interview. Make sure to humble brag and you will be fine. Not hard at all.
