Behavioral Panel Interview. Panel interview with 5 team members and managers asking behavioral and situational questions to candidate. Went very well and everyone was very professional. The process after the interview has been very slow.

Very unprofessional interview process and a waste of time. I received an invite for a phone interview. The recruiter never showed up to the phone interview. I never received any explanation why the recruiter skipped the interview.

It was a panel interview online and each person asked about 4 behavioral questions. First the recruiter will login and tell you who all will be in the interview. Everyone introduces themselves and then they start with basic questions and move on with the behavioral ones. It took them about 2 weeks to come back with an answer.
