I applied online and heard back within 1 month. There were frustrating technical difficulties, I was told due to adjusting for COVID-19. The online interview had 5 people asking me questions. They were all nice. The questions were softball questions. It turns out they interviewed me before they were approved from higher up in the company to hire anyone. They wanted to hire me but couldn’t. This was disrespectful in my opinion to lead me on for so long.
