Hi there. I sincerely apologize about your experience and agree that we should be holding ourselves to a higher standard. We normally pride ourselves on follow-through with every candidate and we appreciate the candid feedback as, while we're not perfect, we'll use your feedback to make sure we continue to improve and make sure nothing falls in between the cracks.
