The hiring process was disorganized. I was interviewed by a handful of employees who had not communicated with each other, leading to my being asked duplicate questions. And then they kept me waiting to hear back from them for a long time. Not an inspiring process for a RECRUITING company! They all seem to just be waiting to get acquired by LinkedIn or Google. I know for a fact their engineers are paid below market rate.
