Very professional. During candidate selection, HR always informed me personally about the status of as starting from interview with HR, after what I was selected for technical interview which I passed and then interview was organised to meet CTO of the company which I also passed. All was always clear and I didn't had to wait weeks, like it was in other vacancies. All process was done in days and I always was informed about status which was very nice.
