There were 2 persons in the interview panel. Both are seem to be working as developers. The interview was scheduled for an hour, but it went for more than 90 minutes. They were not prepared for interview and they were just asking questions out of the air based on the skills in my profile. Some of the questions were even wrong. I had got a feeling that they dont give value for the time and to the person whom they are interviewing. Overall i felt it was very bad experience .

1. Initial screening( Shortlist candidates based on their resumes, skills, and experience.) 2. 2 technical rounds - 60 minutes each 3. managerial round - 60 minutes 4. HR discussion(Finalize salary, benefits, joining date, and other formalities.)
