I applied for a Data Quality & BI QA Engineer position at Entain NCE. The recruitment process was disorganized and lacked basic respect for candidates' time. Timeline: Invited to interview → process changed without notice to a technical task Completed and submitted the task on time → 3 weeks of silence Recruiter reappeared → HR screening scheduled → went well Technical interview with tech lead → seemed to go well After that – complete silence again. No feedback. No follow-up. Nothing. Multiple follow-ups ignored. No updates. No "sorry for the delay." No closure. I understand recruiters are busy, but basic communication takes 30 seconds. I cannot speak to the company itself, but this recruitment process was a waste of time and deeply unprofessional.
