I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter very quickly. We set a date for the interview, but I had to reschedule. The recruiter was great and got me rescheduled quickly. The interview was via Teams with 2 hiring managers. The invite for the Teams meeting said video was required and to be "camera ready". I was the only one with my camera on, which I feel is very unprofessional. The interview questions were all personality based. I was not told anything about the position or company. I asked a few questions about the position, one of which the hiring manager was unable to answer. I was given an offer same day and the recruiter told me the hiring manager really liked me. The pay was entirely too low and I declined.

I applied several times through the company website and rejected each time. I applied through their hiring event through Indeed and instantly received a request for an interview. I showed up and spoke with 2 recruiters and then received a call back the same day that there was no space on the team I inteviewed with but I was given a chance to interview with another manager for team. Interviewed with them and received an offer after 4 business days.
