I would not recommend applying with this company. You first interview with a HR Recruiter who will send a 12 page written assessment. The next step, you complete a phone interview with about 5 managers who ask you about your work experience as though they didn't receive your resume. My call lasted 15 minutes with the managers, then I received an email stating I wasn't selected. The position I interviewed for was Revenue Recovery Specialist and they had multiple positions. Apparently HR thought I qualified but they didn't. Guess they didn't like my voice? Or maybe I shouldn't have mentioned my PTSD.

The interview process was organized and informative, though communication and expectations could have been clearer. I appreciated learning about the role but felt the outcome didn’t fully align with earlier feedback.
