Entretien
I was provided a indepth questionnaire to complete "prior" to actually scheduling the initial phone screening. The questionnaire was industry specific and required a good amount of time to complete in a professional and articulate manner. The window timed out while I was composing my responses, however I fortunately had recorded my responses in my one-note and could paste them in to avoid another 45 minute essay session.
The actual phone screening was scripted so the person conducting was a general recruiter and not a content expert so their response to my answers was annoyingly "awesome" or "great". Surprisingly I was asked to move to a virtual panel interview with senior level directors. This interview was friendly and casual but not all of the participants were engaged as they appeared performing other tasks and traveling. I had prepared for the interview with as much research as possible and still was not sure of the business model of the company in healthcare so the initial 10 minutes of the 30 minute appointment was the panel providing the company model and plans for large scale growth in 2026. 2 of the 3 panelists were engaging while the 3rd who was the actual hiring manager appeared disinterested in my experience.
