I waited for 3 weeks after CEO round to get the offer even though they said I am selected. Technical rounds are challenging. Coding round is average. Other rounds are more about your current role and soft skills.

Enphase reaches out to you, and after you clear the interview they say your expertise are not matching the requirements. So If expertise is not matching, Don't call candidates for the interview, and don't waste your and their time. This happended twice with me.
