Crisp and to the point discussions. 3-4 rounds with everytime difficulty level going up. Start from general discussion to aptitude test and then technical discussions. Aptitude test is quite exhaustive with almost 6-7 modules each having 15 questions needed to be solved in 10 minutes each.

Aptitude test of Amcat or elitmus level if you have ever taken these test...or even slight harder than that. Technical questions on basic oops concepts, Java web dev , API Development and most importantly coding need to be optimal. Time and space complexity under the check.
