Had a phone call with after a bunch of email with different people at the company. They were pretty disorganized which was a red flag but I still decided to continue. Then they sent me a data challenge and did a really good job at it. I sent them my work but I never heard back. I followed up with them once more, but didn't get a reply. It is very disrespectful of my time.
